Both companies are based in the US.

Moosejaw will become part of Walmart’s e-commerce business, while operating as a standalone and complementary brand.
Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings has announced its plans to acquire Nikko Travel for JPY3.68bn ($32.41m).
Isetan Mitsukoshi operates a department store business, while Nikko Travel is a travel agency.
Both companies involved in the transaction are based in Japan.
Sino Haijing Holdings has announced its plans to acquire a 9.6% stake in Lorenzo International Limited from BD Corporation for S$1.2m ($0.89m).
Sino is an expandable polystyrene and paper honeycomb packaging products manufacturer and seller based in Hong Kong.
Lorenzo International is a Singapore-based lifestyle furniture designer, manufacturer and retailer, while BD is an investment holding company.
The acquisition will help Sino to expand its investment portfolio.
