Multichannel toy retailer Maziply Toys & Collectibles has selected retail analytics provider RetailNext to help improve its customer shopping experience.
Under the terms of a contract signed between the parties, RetailNext’s in-store analytics solution is being implemented at Maziply’s store in Kingston, Massachusetts, US.
Established in 2014 as an online retailer, Maziply sells its products through different channels, including retail, Mazipy.com, Amazon.com, and eBay.com.
Maziply Toys & Collectibles president Scott Mazerall said: “We are happy to be working with RetailNext as we grow and expand upon the shopper experience delivered in our store.
“Integrating RetailNext’s solutions allow us to understand the most engaging aspects of our shoppers’ experiences within the store, and it allows us the same analytic abilities to test different concepts just like at our online store, continually raising our level of excellence in serving our customers.”
Maziply forayed into the physical retail sector with the opening of a speciality toy store in 2015.
RetailNext co-founder and CEO Alexei Agratchev said: “In the past several years, there has been a near exponential growth in the deployment of IoT-powered retail analytics platforms, with innovative and creative brands like Maziply recognising the value associated with deep insights into today’s shoppers and their shopping behaviours, preferences and values, and in turn developing extraordinary shopping experiences, both online and offline, to best showcase the brand.”
Headquartered in the US, RetailNext enables retailers to enhance same-store sales while reducing theft and costs.
