UK-based online grocery retailer Ocado has deployed the New Relic digital intelligence platform to improve system visibility and ensure team collaboration.
Through the implementation of the solution, the company stated that it is able to improve customer experience by migrating and scaling its cloud-based infrastructure.
The retailer has also been able to enhance the operations within its automated warehouses.
Ocado Technology e-commerce OSP head Peter Thomas said: “New Relic provides the extra visibility into our systems and platforms which we need.
“It gave us confidence that our migration was going as expected and we were in a very good position to address any issues early.”
The Ocado Technology division was established to handle projects in cloud computing, robotics, artificial intelligence, big data and the internet of things.
