Panama-based department store chain Shalom’s brand Titan has selected retail technology solutions provider Aptos’ singular commerce platform to streamline its business operations and support its growth plans.
Through the deal, Aptos is set to enter the Panamanian retail market and thereby grow its footprint in Latin America.
Titan will use a suite of Aptos solutions to increase sales and customer loyalty, as well as support business processes.
It intends to leverage Aptos Store for point-of-sale (POS) in order to streamline transactions across its more than 400 POS stations.
Shalom chief operating officer Samuel Assis said: "Aptos technology will provide Titan with the speed, reliability and configurability needed to support our business operations, as well as empower us to provide rewarding customer experiences key to customer loyalty.
"Equally as important, we felt very confident in Aptos' level of executive management support and commitment to our success."
The deployment of Aptos CRM and Loyalty is expected to support Titan’s differentiated and personalised customer experiences.
In addition, the retailer intends to benefit from efficiencies in operational and financial execution by deploying Aptos Audit and Operations Management.
Aptos CEO and culture leader Noel Goggin said: "The company's investment in the Aptos Singular Commerce platform will ensure they have a solid foundation for future growth that enables them to differentiate the Titan brand and drive loyalty by engaging customers differently."
