Consumer products company Spectrum Brands Holdings has partnered with Chinese online retailer JD.com to offer multiple brands to consumers through an online sales channel.

Starting this month, Spectrum Brands Holdings will offer JD.com customers numerous home appliances, personal care, pet supplies, hardware, batteries, and auto care brands.

Spectrum Brands Holdings Asia-Pacific managing director Dave Albert said: “We are excited to enter into this strategic partnership with JD.com as it will accelerate Spectrum Brands’ entrance into the world’s largest e-commerce market.

“Through JD.com’s high-quality online shopping platform, we will offer our expanding portfolio of innovative and trusted products to hundreds of millions of emerging middle-class consumers in China.”

"The products on offer are expected to be delivered using JD’s logistics network, with same-day or next-day shipping options."

In the first phase, brands offered will include Remington, Rayovac, George Foreman, Armor All, STP, Tetra, Dingo, FURminator, and Nature’s Miracle.
