US-based inventory management platform Stitch Labs has collaborated with retail cloud services provider SPS Commerce for order fulfillment, assortment, sourcing and analytics.
The partnership will help retailers to automatically sync wholesale fulfillment orders from SPS Commerce into the multichannel inventory control centre of Stitch Labs to reconcile inventory and automate fulfillment document workflows.
Stitch Labs CEO Brandon Levey said: "Our partnership with SPS Commerce allows Stitch Labs to execute on our vision for brands and retailers to seamlessly sell on multiple channels.
"With the workflow automation enabled by this integration, our customers will finally be able to sell fulfillment wholesale and direct to consumer simultaneously without the fear of overselling."
Retailers will also get the functionality needed to grow their business by selling into big box retailers.
They can also centralise retail and wholesale orders with fulfillment integrations, as well as further gain access to inventory management for an enhanced view of their business.
SPS Commerce senior vice president and chief marketing officer Peter Zaballos said: "Visibility is central to achieving multichannel order orchestration success.
"Our joint solutions give customers real-time insight into their inventory across all channels, which enables them to provide their customers a seamless customer experience while boosting productivity."
In the coming months, Stitch Labs plans to launch the 810 (invoice) and 855 (purchase order acknowledgement) EDI automated document integrations, which will further improve the paired solution and automation capabilities between both the companies.
