Canada-based tableware, kitchenware and giftware retailer Stokes has opted the integrated solution of ERP software provider Jesta IS.
Jesta offers solutions to apparel, footwear and hard goods companies, as well as helps Stokes to optimise all operations, including sourcing and demand, merchandising, distributed order management, point-of-sale (including mobile), financials and business intelligence.
Founded in 1935, Stokes currently operates 150 stores and offers a variety of fashionable and quality products.
Jesta's wholesale and retail platform will be used by the retailer to manage daily operations, and core enterprise data to support all business processes.
Stokes will utilise the business intelligence and mobility tools at all levels of the firm to support decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
It expects this integrated solution to provide a better and connected shopping experience for their customers both online and in-store.
