Fast fashion speciality retailer rue21 has selected cloud-commerce company Kibo to create multiple fulfilment options to support its growth in 2019.

The retailer has selected Kibo as its technology partner following an analysis of its customers’ needs for flexible fulfilment options.

As part of the deal, rue21will integrate Kibo Order Management (OM) solution with its existing inventory system solution and ERP system.

The retailer will also leverage buy-online, pickup in-store (BOPIS) solution from Kibo to provide broader delivery options to its online shoppers, drive customers into local stores and incentivise them to make additional purchases.
