US-based footwear and apparel company Skechers has embarked on a digital transformation journey for its North American retail operations by partnering with o9 Solutions.  

The collaboration aims to use o9’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered Digital Brain platform to optimise its planning and decision-making processes, thereby meeting consumer demand more efficiently. 

Powered by its proprietary technology the Enterprise Knowledge Graph, the Digital Brain platform integrates all key retail planning capabilities into a single, flexible and extensible data model. 

The platform will enhance Skechers’ capabilities in managing inventory flow to its domestic stores.  

Skechers chief information officer Chris Coye stated: “As a company that delivers a diverse portfolio of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel and accessories, Skechers is always looking for new ways to evolve our capabilities. 

“We believe that the o9 Digital Brain platform will help us more intuitively manage the flow of our inventory to our domestic stores.”
