Retailers Software as a service (SaaS) provider Snap+Style Business (S+SB) and next-generation fashion retailer Revolve Group have partnered to offer improved customer personalisation.

As part of the agreement, Snap+Style Business has been integrated as a technology platform partner to help increase sales growth and customer styling.

S+SB is an omnichannel retail technology platform designed to provide for personalised shopping experiences.

In November 2019, it launched S+SB’s StyleWidget digital platform that allows one-to-one conversations both offline and online between stylist and customer. It is powered by Microsoft Azure.

REVOLVE’s online styling service Style Experts seeks to leverage StyleWidget to connect with its customer.
