Artificial intelligence (AI)-powered product discovery and e-commerce experience platform Zoovu has launched the first fully optimised generative AI solution for e-commerce.
Known as Advisor Studio, the new solution is designed to address frustration, mistrust and choice overload for online shoppers while improving revenue generation for brands.
The solution combines generative AI and large language models with product data in Zoovu’s platform and zero-party data from guided selling assistants to personalise the “last mile” of the journey of a buyer.
This will provide customers with recommendations based on their preferences, while customising each product detail page for buyers.
Using Advisor Studio, companies can integrate an AI-enabled assistant named Zoe on product detail pages to provide information about the product.
The solution is currently being trialled by select Zoovu customers, with limited availability set for the first quarter of 2024.
