Discount supermarket chain Aldi is investing £100m ($133.3m) to reduce the prices of 330 products in the UK.
This brings its total price reductions for the year to more than 1,000 items, with combined spending reaching £300m.
The latest round of cuts spans fresh and frozen food, store-cupboard staples, household goods and personal care items.
Reductions have also been applied to selected British steaks, along with cuts across fruit and vegetables.
Aldi UK chief commercial officer Julie Ashfield said: “It has never been more important that everyday grocery essentials and family favourites remain affordable.
“We are committed to keeping prices low on popular products because we know it can make a real difference, helping families to make the most of the summer.”
Aldi confirmed last month that it will open 16 further stores in the UK, adding to a network of more than 1,080 outlets already operating nationwide.
The new locations include sites in London, Greater Manchester and the West Midlands, among other regions.
The additions are part of Aldi's wider ambition to grow its UK store count to 1,500, supported by a £1.6bn two-year investment programme announced last year.
For 2026, the retailer has set aside £370m for new store openings, with around 40 additional outlets planned across the year.
In the US, Aldi earlier this year set out plans to open more than 180 new stores by the end of 2026.
The rollout coincides with the company's 50th year operating in the country and sits within a five-year strategy to expand its national presence.
Over the course of the year, Aldi is targeting new openings across 31 states, taking its total US store count to close to 2,800 by year-end.
