US footwear company Crocs has appointed Rupert Campbell as executive vice-president and president of its Heydude brand in November 2025 with immediate effect.

Campbell joined the business in March 2025 as senior vice-president and chief commercial officer for Heydude.

As brand president, he will oversee product, marketing and commercial go-to-market functions.

He will become part of Crocs’ executive leadership team and report to its CEO Andrew Rees.

Rees stated: "Rupert has proven to be an instrumental part of the Heydude leadership team, driving global strategy and execution end-to-end across all parts of our Heydude business.

"On behalf of the board of directors and our leadership team, we are excited to welcome Rupert into this new role and are confident that he will guide the Heydude business to long-term, scaleable global growth."

In his previous role, he led Heydude's global commercial strategy.

Campbell also spent a decade at adidas, including serving as its North American president where he oversaw a market generating more than $6bn in revenue and a workforce exceeding 10,000.

His earlier career included leadership posts across Europe and Russia.

Campbell stated:  "I'm honoured for the opportunity to expand my role within the Heydude brand and ignite the next phase of our journey.

"The Heydude team is incredibly talented and passionate, and I know that with our collaboration, creativity and passion, we will turn our strategy into reality while deepening the connection to our consumers."

In October 2025, Crocs reported consolidated revenue of $996m for the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, down 6.2% from $1.06bn a year earlier.

For the three months to 30 September 2025, operating income declined 23% to $208m from $270m, reducing operating margin to 20.8% from 25.4%.

Net income fell to $145.8m compared with $200m in the same quarter of the previous year.

Based in Broomfield in the US state of Colorado, Crocs operates the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands, selling products in more than 80 countries through wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
