British multinational retailer Marks & Spencer (M&S) has opened an 80,000ft² flagship store at Cabot Circus in Bristol, following a multi-million-pound investment.

The new three-floor store offers M&S food, fashion, home and beauty ranges and has created 150 jobs.

The lower ground floor features a market-style food hall showcasing fresh produce from Select Farm partners, an in-store bakery, hot chicken and sushi counters, and a 200-seat coffee shop.

The store introduces M&S's largest in-store beauty offer to date, spanning 3,000ft² and featuring its Apothecary and Fresh Elements skincare ranges alongside brands such as Estée Lauder and Clinique.

Fashion highlights include the latest Jaeger womenswear collection, Christmas partywear and a new 15-style black dress range.

Home includes the M&S x Kelly Hoppen collection, while Kidswear provides daywear and seasonal items.

The upper level carries the Autograph menswear line and a selection of suits.

The Bristol opening is part of M&S’s plan to launch or renew more than 20 stores in the second half of the 2025/26 financial year, as the retailer expands and upgrades its UK estate.

Another flagship full-line store at Bath Southgate will open in February 2026.

M&S regional manager Ali Ivery stated: "We have a long history here in Bristol, dating back to 1900, and so it is brilliant to be back today, with our brand-new 80,000 sq ft flagship Cabot Circus store. Over three floors, we have the very best of M&S Food, Fashion and Home waiting for customers, including our biggest ever in-store beauty offer.

“It's fantastic to be making such a significant investment in the city and the opening has created over 150 new jobs. We have a great supplier base here and work with over 1,200 Select Farm partners across the region.”

In November 2025, M&S joined TikTok Shop in the UK through a pilot programme, introducing a curated range of its beauty products on the social media platform’s shopping feature.

As part of the pilot, M&S will collaborate with TikTok creators to make certain beauty items directly purchasable through the app.
