Lifestyle bed and bath products provider Revman has entered into a licensing agreement with global fashion lifestyle brand Calvin Klein.

With the rights to distribution, Revman will partner with the brand to design, manufacture and distribute Calvin Klein home accessories.

Calvin Klein, a wholly owned subsidiary of PVH, will launch its new home collections at the New York Home Textiles Market week this month.

The collections will feature essentials for the modern home including fashion bedding, bath products and window coverings.

The first Calvin Klein home collection will launch in spring 2024.

Revman president and CEO Rich Roman said: "We are extremely pleased to be the new licensee for Calvin Klein home fashion products. Calvin Klein is one of the world's most recognisable fashion lifestyle brands, with a dedicated consumer following around the globe.

“We are very excited to collaborate with Calvin Klein's established design team to create quality home products that showcase the brand's modern, minimalist aesthetic. I am confident that the creative collaboration between our two companies will be a winning combination."

The new Calvin Klein home collections will focus on both style and comfort, blending luxurious fabrics with environmentally friendly materials such as Lyocell, Tencel and REFIBRA fibres.

The products will be distributed through all key retail distribution levels in the US as well as retailers in Canada and Mexico.

PVH licensing executive vice-president Karina Spar said: "We look forward to partnering with Revman to bring our premium Calvin Klein home essentials to an even broader consumer market.

"Their robust supplier network and proven omnichannel strategy will allow us to strengthen the presence of the Calvin Klein brand in the home category through an expanded offering both online and in store."

The licensing agreement has an initial term until 2028.

COVID-19 drove rapid digitalization within the retail and apparel sector

As ecommerce experienced booming growth during the COVID-19 pandemic, retailers accelerated their digitalization strategies to keep up with demand. The cloud has become an important model for delivering and maintaining enterprise IT resources. Many retailers have developed in-house cloud divisions that will allow them to better exploit the cloud’s capabilities. However, for those players that do not have the necessary skills in-house, the cloud can pose some significant challenges.
