Fast fashion retailer Shein has partnered with THG Fulfil to add fulfilment and logistics services for sellers on its UK marketplace.

The arrangement gives brands and retailers access to an integrated end-to-end order management system.

Orders placed on the Shein Marketplace will feed directly into THG Fulfil’s logistics network.

The integration includes late-night cut-offs for next-day delivery, a returns process, and a scalable route for sellers seeking to expand their operations.

Shein said the partnership was created in response to feedback from its existing seller base.

Launched in the UK in 2024, Shein Marketplace now has over 3,000 active UK businesses and gives sellers access to more than 100 million customers across Europe through Shein’s global platform.

According to the announcement, the updated services are intended to let sellers keep control of their content and brand identity while using Shein’s international marketing campaigns and social media reach.

Shein said the THG Fulfil partnership forms part of a wider push to make cross-border selling more accessible for UK brands and retailers using the Shein Marketplace.

In recent months, the retailer has faced difficulties in the European market alongside its expansion.

Last month, France’s Court of Appeal in Paris rejected the state’s bid to suspend its marketplace.

The ruling maintained a December decision that had already turned down the government’s request after the state appealed.

The case came after a consumer watchdog found in November 2025 that sex dolls resembling children, along with banned weapons, were being offered for sale on the Shein website.

In February, the European Commission opened a Digital Services Act (DSA) investigation into Shein concerning illegal products, addictive design features and recommender-system transparency.
