Shoppers Stop and ace turtle link to launch G-Star across India 

The collaboration will bring G-Star shop-in-shops to 24 Shoppers Stop outlets in major cities.

ace turtle, a provider of direct-to-consumer web commerce solutions for leading retail brands, has entered a long-term alliance with Shoppers Stop to make the Dutch denim brand G-Star available to Indian consumers. 

The collaboration will begin with G-Star shops 24 Shoppers Stop outlets across major cities, such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow and Hyderabad. with further expansion to follow.

The partnership brings together ace turtle’s technology-led retail experience and Shoppers Stop’s network of more than 100 department stores.  

ace turtle also recently entered a licensing agreement with WHP Global to introduce G-Star to India. 

ace turtle CEO Nitin Chhabra stated: “This partnership with Shoppers Stop is a key step in our strategy to expand G-STAR’s presence in India. 

“With Shoppers Stop’s strong retail network and customer base, coupled with our technology-driven omnichannel capabilities, we are confident of unlocking the brand’s full potential and catering to the evolving fashion aspirations of Indian consumers.” 

Bengaluru-based ace turtle is the exclusive licensee for Lee, Wrangler and Dockers in India and South Asia.  

Shoppers Stop, established in 1991, operates 114 department stores, 10 home concept stores, 82 beauty outlets, and 75 Intune stores.
