Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Sales and Related Occupations, which accounted for 14% of the total new job postings in Q4 2023 and were down by 42% year-on-year. Second highest were Management Occupations, which accounted for 7% and drop by 40% year-on-year, and third highest were Office and Administrative Support Occupations, which were 236% of the new job postings and 24% lower year-on-year.
