The industry’s overall hiring decreased by 2.33% in July 2021 compared with June 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 62.5% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Netherlands retail industry during July 2021 over June 2021.
Inter IKEA Holding posted 34 IT jobs in July 2021 and registered a rise of 78.95% over the previous month, followed by Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize with 19 jobs and a 26.67% growth. adidas with 8 IT jobs and NIKE with 2 jobs, recorded a 60% growth and a 100% increase, respectively, while Hema recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during July 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 59.7%, up by 17.65% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 29.85% share, a growth of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 8.96% share, up 100% over June 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.49%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
