Fujitsu General’s IT hiring activity rises 3.0% in November 2021

Japan-based company Fujitsu General’s IT hiring rose 3.0% in November 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 2.77% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 32.79% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2021, and recorded a 1.54% decline over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Fujitsu General IT hiring in November 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Fujitsu General, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 56.32% in November 2021, and a 22.5% rise over October 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 21.84% in November 2021, and registered growth of 216.67%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 9.2% in November 2021, a 14.29% rise from October 2021.

Europe drives IT hiring at Fujitsu General

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global consumer IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 96.55% share, which marked a 47.37% rise over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 3.45%, registering a 50% month-on-month growth.

The UK commanded a leading presence in the region’s consumer industry IT hiring activity with a 43.68% share in November 2021, a 52% growth over October 2021. Germany featured next with a 20.69% share, up 80% over the previous month. Spain recorded a 13.79% share, an increase of 71.43% compared with October 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Fujitsu General IT hiring activity in November 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 56.32%, up by 75% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 32.18% share, a growth of 27.27% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 9.2% share, up 14.29% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 2.3%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
