Top five retail companies in Germany’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 21.59% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s retail industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Hornbach Holding AGKGaA posted 36 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a drop of 2.7% over the previous month, followed by Inter IKEA Holding with 33 jobs and a 725% growth. Schwarz Unternehmenskommunikation GmbHKG with 28 IT jobs and Zalando with 26 jobs, recorded a 55.56% growth and a 13.04% growth, respectively, while VorwerkKG recorded a decline of 84.04% with 15 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 73.72%, down by 46.26% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 16.03% share, registered a decline of 52.83% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 10.26% share, down 73.77% over October 2022.
