The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 11.04% in June 2022 when compared with May 2022.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Inter IKEA Holding IT hiring in June 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Inter IKEA Holding, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 58.33% in June 2022, and a 3.75% drop over May 2022, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 12.88% in June 2022, and registered growth of 41.67%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 12.12% in June 2022, a 14.29% rise from May 2022.

North America stood next with 19.7%, registering a 62.5% month-on-month growth. Middle East & Africa was the third leading region with a 15.15% share and a 33.33% drop over May 2022.
In the fourth place was Asia-Pacific with a share of 9.85% and a month-on-month decline of 7.14%.
Netherlands commanded a leading presence in the region’s retail industry IT hiring activity with a 19.7% share in June 2022, a 23.81% growth over May 2022. US featured next with an 18.18% share, up 60% over the previous month. Niger recorded a 15.15% share, a decline of 28.57% compared with May 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Inter IKEA Holding IT hiring activity in June 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 79.55%, down by 9.48% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with an 11.36% share, a growth of 66.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 9.09% share, up 50% over May 2022.
