The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 1.78% in September 2022 when compared with August 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 23.75% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s retail industry during September 2022 over August 2022.
Affirm Holdings posted 37 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a rise of 311.11% over the previous month, followed by LPP with 27 jobs and a 6.9% drop. Amazon with 22 IT jobs and CCC with 8 jobs, recorded a 24.14% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Ocado Group recorded a flat growth with 5 job postings during September 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.56%, down by 20.73% from August 2022. Entry Level positions with a 26.13% share, registered an increase of 314.29% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 15.32% share, up 30.77% over August 2022.
