The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 6.03% in June 2022 when compared with May 2022.

Top five retail companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 4.76% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s retail industry during June 2022 over May 2022.
Amazon posted 29 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a drop of 14.71% over the previous month, followed by LPP with 20 jobs and a 13.04% drop. Ocado Group with 10 IT jobs and Alimentation Couche-Tard with 5 jobs, recorded a 400% growth and a 150% growth, respectively, while Miinto Group recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during June 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 67.65%, up by 15% from May 2022. Entry Level positions with a 22.06% share, registered a decline of 31.82% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 10.29% share, up 16.67% over May 2022.
