The industry’s overall hiring increased by 8.07% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 11.65% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Sweden’s retail industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
H & M Hennes & Mauritz posted 71 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 20.34% over the previous month, followed by Inter IKEA Holding with 27 jobs and a 15.63% drop. Amazon with 8 IT jobs and Axfood with 6 jobs, recorded a 33.33% growth and a 200% growth, respectively, while ICA Gruppen recorded a decline of 25% with 3 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 67.52%, up by 3.95% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 23.08% share, registered an increase of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 9.4% share, up 22.22% over October 2021.
