Top five retail companies in the UK’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 98.46% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the UK’s retail industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Howden Joinery Group posted 56 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a rise of 93.1% over the previous month, followed by J Sainsbury with 31 jobs and a flat growth. Ocado Group with 16 IT jobs and Watches Of Switzerland Group with 14 jobs, recorded a 6.67% growth and a 600% growth, respectively, while Cazoo Group recorded a decline of 36.84% with 12 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 50%, down by 57.21% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 37.76% share, registered an increase of 51.02% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 12.24% share, down 51.02% over October 2022.
