American price-point retailer chain 99 Cents Only Stores has selected Vixxo to offer facilities management services across its portfolio.

American price-point retail chain 99 Cents Only Stores has selected Vixxo to offer facilities management services across its portfolio.

Vixxo will provide a comprehensive facilities management solution and manage more than 30 trades, including HVAC lighting and electricals at all of the retailer’s stores.

The facilities management company will deliver preventive maintenance and repair services, as well as offer industry expertise and data analytics.

“Our strategic partnership will streamline 99’s facilities management, make it easier for them to grow and allow them to focus even more on delighting every shopper.”

These services will help guide the retailer in making strategic decisions on store assets and support its business objectives.

Vixxo president and CEO Jim Reavey said: “Our strategic partnership will streamline 99’s facilities management, make it easier for them to grow and allow them to focus even more on delighting every shopper. We look forward to supporting their unique customer experience.”

Commenting on the deal, 99 Cents Only Stores store operations senior director Cory David said: “We offer our customers savings, excitement and variety on every aisle. Vixxo’s facilities expertise will help us focus on our customers and continue to deliver a consistent and enjoyable shopping experience.”

Vixxo offers its services at more than 80,000 client locations across restaurant, retail, convenience, and supermarket industries.

The price-point retailer expanded its presence by opening a new store in Arlington, Texas, in January this year.
