Marketing agency Buy Box Experts has acquired Egility, an Amazon account management and advertising agency.

Marketing agency Buy Box Experts has acquired Egility, an Amazon account management and advertising agency.

The merged entity will look to offer marketing services to brands looking to grow on Amazon Marketplace.

The newly formed company will be led by Buy Box Experts CEO Joseph Hansen.

Including the nearly 20 people formerly employed at Amazon, the new company will have more than 115 employees, as well as a direct experience managing more than 1,000 third-party sellers and first-party brands on Amazon.

The Egility team will offer Amazon advertising skill and additional resources for listing optimisation.

Following the acquisition, Buy Box Experts will serve a client base of brands, which just started selling on Amazon to more sophisticated enterprise brands.

We are now equipped to easily scale with sellers of all sizes, providing them with the strategic and tactical services brands need to thrive on the Amazon channel.

Buy Box Experts will leverage its knowledge and experience in offering various performance marketing services, including strategic advisory consulting, growth-based advertising, product listing optimisation, and 1P/3P account management on the Amazon channel.

Buy Box Experts will continue to be headquartered in Lindon, Utah.
