Global technology giant Apple is set to open its first retail store, Apple Iconsiam, in Thailand on 10 November.
Apple Iconsiam in Bangkok will offer a complete line of products such as iPhone XS, iPhone XR and Apple Watch Series 4.
The store features a new mixed-use Iconsiam Centre, a spacious forum to provide the company’s free Today at Apple sessions, enabling visitors to connect with one another and enhance their skills.
Apple Retail senior vice-president Angela Ahrendts said: “Bangkok is a cultural and economic destination for the entire region and home to millions of passionate Apple customers.
“We are thrilled to introduce our Thai customers to Today at Apple, our full line of products, our phenomenal employees, and the service and support that are loved by customers around the world.”
Apple Iconsiam employs more than 100 associates to serve Visitors and potential customers, who can try the latest Apple products displayed in the store.
Earlier this month, Apple reported $62.9bn revenue for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2018 for the September quarter.
The company sold 46.9 million iPhones, 9.7 million iPads, and 5.3 million Macs.
Commenting on the results, Apple CEO Tim Cook said: “We’re thrilled to report another record-breaking quarter that caps a tremendous fiscal 2018, the year in which we shipped our 2 billionth iOS device, celebrated the 10th anniversary of the App Store and achieved the strongest revenue and earnings in Apple’s history.
“Over the past two months, we’ve delivered huge advancements for our customers through new versions of iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac as well as our four operating systems, and we enter the holiday season with our strongest line-up of products and services ever.”
