By GlobalDataFollowing the acquisition, Herff Jones will operate as a standalone business within LSC Communications.
Atlas acquired LSC Communications in 2020. The LSC companies include textbook producers, Lakeside Book Company, school supplies manufacturers and TOPS Products.
Atlas partner Michael Sher said: “The Herff Jones Leadership Team will have the autonomy and resources to build the business in the way that is best suited for its long-term operational and financial success.”
In addition to the acquisition, Atlas appointed Ron Stoupa as chief executive officer of the now independently operated company. Ron Stoupa was president of Herff Jones prior to the acquisition.
