Canadian apparel retailer Canada Goose has announced plans to open six stores across Europe, the US and Canada, in autumn/winter 2019.

The retailers plans to open two locations in Europe, one in the US and three in Canada. The first store to open will be in Italy at Via della Spiga in Milan’s Fashion District, followed by its France store at Rue St. Honoré in Paris.

The company will open the US store at Mall of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This will be the retailer’s fifth store in the country. The three Canadian locations will open at CF Sherway Gardens in Toronto, West Edmonton Mall and Cascade Shops in Alberta.

“Expanding in Europe and broadening our presence in North America enables our fans to explore all of our collections in a unique and engaging environment.”

All the new stores will feature the brand’s ‘Cold Room,’ which allows shoppers to test products in their designed environmental conditions. The stores will also offer a range of products, including outerwear, knitwear, accessories, seasonal collections and collaborations.

Canada Goose president and CEO Dani Reiss said: “Success in retail is about more than just selling things – it’s about helping people find the perfect product, while delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience. Canada Goose stores deliver on that and more.

“In addition to growing our footprint in Asia, expanding in Europe and broadening our presence in North America enables our fans to explore all of our collections in a unique and engaging environment and discover the story behind our products, unfiltered.”
