Global fashion company Marc Jacobs International has extended its long-term license agreement with beauty company Coty.

The agreement marks Marc Jacobs’ return to the beauty segment and will add Marc Jacobs Beauty business into its portfolio.

In addition, the agreement extends Coty’s license with Marc Jacobs to more than 15 years.

Marc Jacobs Beauty was originally launched in 2013 in partnership with Kendo Brands but came to an end in late 2021.

“Through its partnership with Coty, Marc Jacobs’ Fragrances have achieved great success, growing to become one of the top ten female fragrances world-wide, thanks to the iconic Daisy Marc Jacobs and Perfect Marc Jacobs franchises.

Coty already held the licence for Marc Jacobs Fragrances.

Recently, Coty also renewed its long-term license agreement with sports apparel brand adidas.
