Crocs is planning to relocate its corporate headquarters from Niwot to Broomfield, Colorado, US.
This latest decision is part of the company’s sustainable growth strategy, which also includes employee retention and recruitment.
Located at 13699 Via Varra Road, the new headquarters provides 88,000ft2 of office space to accommodate the company’s growing workforce.
Crocs president and CEO Andrew Rees said: “Our business is strong and we continue to explore ways to meet the needs of our employees while investing in our future.
“This is an exciting time to be at Crocs, and just like our iconic product, this best-in-class new headquarters will help our employees be comfortable in their own shoes.”
US-based Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners has negotiated a lease for the new office with an initial ten-year term and two five-year renewal options.

Established in 2002, Crocs offers a range of casual footwear for men, women and children. The company has sold more than 600 million pairs of shoes in more than 90 countries globally.
The company currently has regional offices in Boston, Massachusetts; Hoofddorp, The Netherlands; Shanghai, China; and Singapore. It has more than 4,000 employees worldwide.
