Clues Network has raised $1m through a venture financing round from private equity firm Unilazer Ventures.

Clues Network has raised $1m through a venture financing round from private equity firm Unilazer Ventures.

The transaction involved the allotment of 1,027 equity shares of Clues Network to Unilazer Ventures.

Based in India, Clues Network owns and operates an e-commerce marketplace named ShopClues.com.

The proceeds will be used by ShopClues to merge with other e-tailer.

Albis intends to raise funds from SMBC Nikko Securities through the issuance of 0.16 million shares in a private placement.

Albis will also issue 0.59 million shares to Mitsubishi Corporation through a private placement, and 0.59 million shares through a public offering.

The recent offerings form a part of the company’s strategy to raise JPY5.87bn ($55.20m).

PT Bukalapak intends to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO) of shares.

Based in the US, Snowrise provides mobile software as a solution (SaaS) services to retail companies.

The funding round was closed on 16 February.

Nuvanna has raised funds from Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania through a venture financing round.

Based in the US, Nuvanna is an online retailer of sleep products.

The funding round was closed on 15 February.
