The debt offering is expected to close on 9 March.

The firm has additionally announced the pricing of its $6bn public offering of senior notes due 2023.

CVS Health intends to use the proceeds to fund its merger with Aetna and for general corporate purposes.

Kolen intends to raise KRW15bn ($13.82m) through a private placement of its convertible bonds.
