CVS Health Corporation has announced the pricing of its $9bn public offering of senior notes due 2028.

The debt offering is expected to close on 9 March.

The firm has additionally announced the pricing of its $6bn public offering of senior notes due 2023.

CVS Health intends to use the proceeds to fund its merger with Aetna and for general corporate purposes.

Kolen intends to raise KRW15bn ($13.82m) through a private placement of its convertible bonds.

Based in South Korea, Kolen manufactures and distributes optical lenses for phones and cameras.

The Agent.com has raised €7m ($8.54m) from Ventech, Generis Capital Partners and BPI France, through a Series A funding round.

Based in France, The Agent.com is a platform offering fashion e-commerce solutions.

The e-commerce platform intends to use the proceeds to progress its technological development and expand its footprint in China.

Anthropologie has partnered with American department store Nordstrom to introduce more than 200 products at certain offline stores, as well as online.

Anthropologie’s Home range products such as dining, room décor, stationery, hardware, bed and bath textiles will be launched in 15 Nordstrom stores and on Nordstrom.com, under the partnership.
