Overstock.com intends to raise $180.8m through a public offering of four million shares of common stock priced at $45.2 a share.

To be issued on 6 and 9 April 2018, the bonds will bear an interest rate of 7.5% a year.
The firm will use the funds to repay its loan with the Bank Central Asia and repay Rs600bn ($43.59m) for Sustainable Bonds I Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Phase II of 2015.
