Shopholix Marketing Services has raised Rs15m ($0.23m) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Munesh Khanna.

Italian food products retailer Eataly plans to list its shares on Borsa Italiana through an initial public offering next year.

Chinese online cake booking and selling platform provider Bliss Mall has raised $14.5m in a Series A funding round led by Longzhu Capital and Bright Capital.

Russian department store chain operator PJSC Detsky mir has raised RUR4185m ($70.77m) through the private placement of 46.5 million shares priced at RUR90 ($1.52) a share.

The placement is made on behalf of diversified holding company Sistema PJSFC and Russia-China Investment Fund (RCIF), who have respectively sold 6.3% and 1.7% of shares in the company.

Sistema will hold 47.1% of share capital in the company, while RCIF will hold 12.7%, following the transaction.
