US-based apparel manufacturer FAM Brands has completed the acquisition of contemporary fashion brand Three Dots.

Three Dots offers a wide range of apparels, including t-shirts, tops, trousers, dresses and skirts for women, as well as a selection of styles for men.

The company offers its products through specialty boutiques and luxury department stores, such as Bloomingdales, and online retail platforms, including Zappos and Shopbop. It’s presence expands across the US, Europe, Canada, Australia and Asia.

As part of the transaction, FAM Brands has assumed design and manufacturing, as well as hiring key players from Three Dots into its portfolio.

This will allow the company to re-introduce the ladies’ and men’s knit and woven sportswear line.

FAM Brands CEO Frank Zarabi said: “Three Dots is effortless fashion that caters to all age categories and is known for their perfect fit, fastidious construction, top quality, inspired design and great fabrics. We’re thrilled to welcome Three Dots into the FAM portfolio.

“We look forward to resuming production as soon as possible and working hard to further grow the Three Dots Brand.”

The acquisition will expand FAM Brands’ distribution channels and extensive brand portfolio. The manufacturer will continue to maintain the Three Dots product offerings at an affordable prices.

The apparel maker plans to resume online sales of Three Dots platform starting this autumn.
