FASHIONPHILE, a resale e-commerce platform specialising in pre-owned, ultra-luxury accessories, has acquired the assets of Canadian luxury vintage omnichannel retailer Two Authenticators (2a).  

The move boosts FASHIONPHILE’s capabilities in the business-to-business (B2B) wholesale and omnichannel space.

Founded in 2021, 2a supports luxury vintage retail B2B operations in Canada and the US. 

The company has more than 30 years of combined experience in pricing, grading and validating the authenticity of products.  

The acquisition of 2a comes after FASHIONPHILE purchased assets of the operating subsidiaries of Canadian omnichannel retailer LXRandCO.  

In 2019, the company became the exclusive re-commerce [re-sales and vintage] partner of Neiman Marcus, and has since opened ten FASHIONPHILE selling studio locations within Neiman Marcus stores nationwide.
