Finnish data integration services provider Youredi has been selected by an unnamed global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retailer to provide its Air Cargo Track&Trace solution for real-time air freight visibility.
The data integration service provider explained that its Air Cargo Track&Trace solution has been designed and developed to assist supply chain and trade lane optimisation by enabling real-time integration to carriers and global tracking of shipments.

The mechanism ensures that the goods are timely delivered to points of sale and distribution centres.

For FMCG retailers, route optimisation and speed-to-market/fulfilment are crucial elements of executing the supply chain strategy.
Youredi claims that its solution tracks all air freight shipments across multiple carriers in a single platform and can be accessed from any device.
The solution also has the ability to provide all necessary data on the status of the shipment, and offers analytics and reporting of both air and ocean cargo processes.
