Colorado-based women’s fashion retailer Fresh Produce has deployed customer engagement platform, Mi9 Mosaic, from omnichannel retail solution provider Mi9 Retail.
Mi9 Mosaic platform offers point of sale (POS), CRM, clienteling and business intelligence solutions to retailers.
The retailer has chosen Mi9 to replace its current retail systems that resulted in reduced productivity and increased risk of security vulnerabilities.
Mi9 Retail CEO Neil Moses said: “Fresh Produce is evolving to meet its customers’ changing needs by combining stylish clothing with outstanding shopping experiences, and we’re thrilled their go-live was a success.
“Investing in a flexible, scalable, and feature-rich platform was the right move for their fast-growing company and will enable them to outsmart the competition.”
The solution will help the retailer to achieve brand recognition by leveraging its key retail features such as full transaction management on any device and real-time omnichannel inventory visibility.
Mi9 Mosaic will also enable the retailer to gain business insights into omnichannel customer data.
Fresh Produce president Jo Stone said: “We were pleasantly surprised by how smooth and seamless the integration was, despite us having a limited IT staff and an urgent need to upgrade our platform.
“We’re thrilled with the improvements we’ve noticed so far and are convinced that the Mi9 Retail modern technology will be a key driver in our business growth going forward.”
Fresh Produce currently manufactures and retails women’s lifestyle products, including tops, dresses, capris and skirts at its 16 company-owned retail stores and online store, as well as more than 500 other independent retailers across the US, Canada, Hawaii, and the Caribbean.
