Australian homeware and kitchenware retailer Global Retail Brands has selected the replenishment suite from omni-channel retail solutions provider Mi9 Retail to optimise processes.
The Mi9 Retail replenishment suite features demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment solutions.
Global Retail Brands said that its manual systems and processes were unable to support its current and new growth initiatives and chose Mi9 Retail for the functionality of their solution.
Mi9 Retail CEO Neil Moses said: “We’re excited to support Global Retail Brands in the next stage of their development. Optimising replenishment processes and reducing inventory holding will positively impact their bottom line, and we look forward to helping another great homewares retailer succeed and grow.”
Global Retail currently operates a network of 170 stores throughout Australia under various brands including House.
The company has recently introduced its House brand in the UK with the opening of eight stores. It also operates various online e-commerce websites globally.
Global Retail Brands managing director Darron Kupshik said: “The Mi9 Retail replenishment suite is one of the most mature on the market and comes with out-of-the-box advanced functionality that will allow us to accurately forecast and proactively shape customer demand.
“When we realised that Mi9 Retail could cater to all of our requirements without requiring any costly and time-consuming customisations, we were confident to commit to implementing the solution.”
