GCC retail and e-commerce conglomerate Landmark Group has partnered with robotic and automation solutions provider Addverb to upgrade its fulfilment centre in Kuwait.  

The strategic move aims to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through innovative technology. 

Landmark’s centre now contains an advanced automation solution featuring Addverb’s Zippy robotic sorters, capable of handling up to 1,000 sorts per hour.  

Quadron carton shuttles from Addverb can process 100 crates per hour, further streamlining operations. 

The collaboration has refined the order fulfilment process, where items are initially categorised into bulky and non-bulky.  

Non-bulky items are transported via an automated conveyor to be sorted by the Zippy system before proceeding to the packing station.
