Hanes Australia (formerly Pacific Brands) has entered an agreement to acquire Bras N Things from BB Retail Capital for A$500m ($381.7m).

Hanes manufacturers and markets clothing, while Bras N Things is an online fashion lingerie retailer.

Fort Street Advisers and Gilbert + Tobin Services are the financial and legal advisers to BBRC respectively for the transaction.

Hanes expects the agreement will enable it to accelerate growth and enhance production.

Sokolow has entered an agreement to acquire Gzella Poland for an undisclosed sum.

Sokolow offers meat and meat products and Gzella is a meat processing company.
