The Rohatyn Group has completed an acquisition of MIMAJA.

The Rohatyn Group has completed an acquisition of MIMAJA.

Based in the US, The Rohatyn Group is a privately-held hedge fund sponsor, while MIMAJA is a pet supplies retailer based in Slovenia.

MIMAJA operates 16 retail stores across Slovenia and an online store under the Mr. Pet brand name.

Haulotte Group has acquired Acarlar Makine.

Based in France, Haulotte Group is a producer of material lifting and earthmoving equipment, while Acarlar Makine is a distributor of material lifting, transport and material handling equipment.

Icicle Fashion Group is expected to acquire Carven.

Established in 1997, Icicle Fashion Group is a Chinese premium fashion company engaged in brand operations, product development, manufacturing, retailing and franchise operations.

Based in France, Carven is a fashion label that manufactures apparel for men and women.

Vincom Commerce and Trading Joint Stock Company has acquired Fivimart supermarket chain from Nhat Nam Joint Stock Company.

“Sports Direct International plans to acquire SW Golf Ltd (American Golf).”

Vincom Commerce will own 23 Fivimart supermarkets as a result of the acquisition.

Vincom Commerce is a member of Vingroup, while Fivimart is a supermarket chain. Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in Vietnam.

Fivimart will be renamed as VinMart after completion of the transaction.

ShopRunner intends to acquire Spring.

ShopRunner is a shipping services provider, while Spring is a fashion retailer start-up that runs an online department store that sells fashion products and accessories.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

Sports Direct International plans to acquire SW Golf Ltd (American Golf).

Sports Direct International is a retail stores owner and operator. Its product portfolio includes sports and leisure equipment, clothing, footwear and accessories.

SW Golf is a provider of golf clubs equipment, shoes and clothing.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the UK.
