M&As this week: Telia Company AB, Oaktree Organics, RiverRock European Capital Partners

Telia has entered an agreement to purchase a 100% stake in Inmics Oy for €75m ($88.11m).

Telia has entered an agreement to purchase a 100% stake in Inmics Oy for €75m ($88.11m).

Based in Sweden, Telia offers fixed and mobile communication solutions.

The acquisition will bolster Telia’s product portfolio and enable the company to offer IT equipment and services to the SME segment in Finland.

Oaktree Organics and Oaktree Huntington Investment Fund II have agreed to purchase additional 3.7 million shares in SunOpta for $27.75m.

Oaktree Organics is a subsidiary of US-based private equity firm Oaktree Capital.

Oaktree will hold 8,092,699 common shares and 85,000 Series A preferred shares of SunOpta’s subsidiary SunOpta Foods, following the acquisition.

UK-based private equity company RiverRock European Capital Partners has entered into an agreement to acquire assets of Alno for €20m ($23.56m).

Based in Germany, Alno is engaged in the manufacturing of kitchen furniture.

River Rock Company will be renamed New Alno, upon the completion of the acquisition.
