Qatar-based Al Mana Group intends to revive the BHS brand with the relaunch of its website.
Al Mana Group acquired the rights to the BHS online store and 72 overseas offline stores in June, just two months after the UK retailer fell into administration.
BHS managing director of international business David Anderson will be responsible for the new website.
The online venture will be based in London, UK, and have 84 employees.
Bhs.com will go live this week and initially sell lighting and home furnishings, reported Arabianbusiness.com. It will sell kitchen products and clothing ranges from next month.
Affecting 11,000 jobs and 22,000 pensions, the collapse of the company led to a parliamentary probe in the UK.
