US-based lifestyle and clothing brand Southern Tide in planning to open three new signature stores in North Carolina this year.

Two stores located in Raleigh, Asheville will open between June and September, while the third store in Wilmington is scheduled to open towards the end of the year.

The company plans to expand its retail presence in tandem with wholesale partners, who will own and operate these locations.

The retailer is also looking for additional admiral partnership for shop-in-shop installation.

The upcoming stores will feature branded skiffs hung from the ceiling and several Skipjacks –  the fish that is present in the brand's logo and merchandise.

The design approach of these stores will be mindful to what the new, traditional consumers are seeking in retail experiences, coupled with an authentic Southern Tide twist.
