Apple is set to open its ninth offline retail outlet in New York City next week.

This outlet is the first in Brooklyn and is located in Willamsburg neighborhood, at the corner of 247 Bedford Ave.

Most of the offline retail outlets in New York City are located in Manhattan.

Apple signed a long-term lease around two years ago and renovations of the property commenced last year.

The technology company started hiring for this store in May.

Out of the eight locations in New York, six are located in Manhattan, and one each in Queens and Staten Island.

The Brooklyn outlet is located close to Whole Foods Market, which will open near a planned Citibank and Equinox.

Last month, Apple revamped its store in San Francisco, as part of its strategy to upgrade 480 offline stores across the world.

Last July, Apple opened a new store in Queens Center mall in New York City.
