Childcare products retailer Aubert is set to deploy Mi9 Retail’s Mi9 end-to-end omnichannel commerce suite in all of its 200 stores across France and Switzerland.
The suite comprises integrated point-of-sale, merchandising and order management.
It is expected to allow Aubert to deliver a consistent, personalised shopping experience across all channels.
Aubert e-commerce and customer relations chief information officer (CIO) Julien Navarro said: “We need to meet the challenge of delivering an excellent customer experience across channels in a particularly competitive market where young parents are tempted to sacrifice personalised service and quality for a low price.”
Furthermore, through the deployment of the retail solution, Aubert aims to manage merchandising and store operations, as well as build customer loyalty with features that include a baby registry and clienteling.
The central back office management modules, including the order management system (OMS), are expected to enable Aubert to process omnichannel orders and deliveries, allowing the company to centralise commercial activities.
Mi9 Retail CEO Neil Moses said: “Aubert selected Mi9 Retail after a thorough evaluation of our solution and its capabilities, especially those relating to moms, parents and the like.
“Our clienteling, personalisation and customer engagement features will allow Aubert to create real value as they deploy this strategic platform across the company.”
